Sherry Baker
& Associates was founded in 1990.
It was established to provide management and consulting services to
businesses, groups, non-profit societies and individuals to enable them to
set goals and reach their potential.
The principal, Sherry
Baker, has spent many years working in various community-based
organizations. She believes
that each person has the capacity to grow and excel in their chosen
endeavours. In order to make
that happen and to provide a framework for her work, she attained a Master
of Arts degree in Applied Behavioural Science in 1994.
While her special area of interest is Organizational Development,
she has also gained competencies in counseling
individuals and groups. These
learnings combined with a Diploma in Business Administration have proven
to be invaluable in helping
businesses, groups, non-profit societies and individuals become the very
best they can be. Sherry is
currently associated with the Strategic Consulting Partners of the United
Community Services Coop. |
